Our Mission

St. Mark’s Reformed Episcopal Church

We are a multi-generational and growing parish in the Anglican tradition.
Our Mission is to fulfill Jesus’ Great Commission - “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19-20).
To do this, we seek to provide those in our parish & community with:
A Place to Belong, A Faith to Believe In, and A Rule to Live By.

A Place to belong

We all long for a place to know and to be known, a place of friendship and of support. Those who visit our services are intrigued by the balance between the reverence of our liturgical worship and the warm welcome they receive from parishioners. Old or young … Christian or inquirer - all are welcome to come and see!

A Faith to Believe in

What do Christians believe? What relevance does the Bible have for your real life? How can I learn to go deeper in the Faith of the ancient Church? Our parish is a community of learners and we are eager to welcome others who would like to join us in learning to live as a community of worshippers.

A Rule to Live By

From her earliest days, the Christian Church has followed a daily and annual pattern of living that is modeled after the life of Jesus Christ. Together we join together in seeking to embrace this pattern of daily personal and corporate prayer and practice, embracing a “rule” (or structure) for our lives that is both challenging and joyful. Anglicans have a unique history of “prayerbook” living - come and see how this ancient way might breath new life into your pilgrimage as a disciple of Jesus.
